Inspection is of the roofing materials and their application only; it does not cover structural or engineering problems; it does not cover the gutter or down spout system unless otherwise noted; it does not cover any dry rot, termite or infection problems. A roof inspection is our opinion and is based on information provided and a visual inspection of accessible areas only. Previous problems not disclosed to us prior to inspection could result in voiding any warranty provided.

Please note that we do not include:
   Structural and/or engineering problems
   The gutter and downspout system
   Dry rot problems
