Repair Work
All roofs require some level of maintenance and repair. Even newer roofs occasionally leak for reasons such as debris build up, pest damage, or lack of proper maintenance. Chandler/Ham will evaluate any roofing problem and provide you with a free written estimate for repairs. Chandler/Ham warrants repairs on most roof types for one year.
